Prices for apartments and rooms

We aim to offer the most personalized price possible, so please make a request through this link and we will send you a detailed offer.

General Conditions

The prices for rooms and apartments are per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

If the apartment is occupied by fewer people than the maximum capacity, reductions may apply.

Prices are subject to the municipal tourist tax of €3.00 per day, per person, starting from 14 years old. The tax must be paid on-site in cash upon arrival.

• The deposit paid is non-refundable. In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• The total stay amount is to be settled at check-in.
• The wellness center is subject to a fee based on the season.
• During the summer season, it is available on request.

Rooms

Check-in: from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 9:30 AM

Useful Information for Your Stay:

• Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
• We kindly ask that payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival.
• If desired, daily cleaning is available by 10:00 AM, please hang the designated sign on the door.
• On departure day, the room must be vacated by 9:30 AM.
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.

Apartments

Check-in: from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 9:30 AM

In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Included Services:

• Dishes, bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen
• Free outdoor parking and covered garage (paid service)
• Baby cot in the parents’ room (upon request – no bedding provided)
• Wireless connection throughout the property

Useful Information for Your Stay:

• All cleaning supplies for the kitchen (detergents, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher tabs) are the responsibility of our guests.
• Daily cleaning of the apartment is available upon request (€20 per day).
• Guests are kindly asked to dispose of their waste in the designated area.
• On departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 9:30 AM, with all trash removed and the fridge emptied.

Final Cleaning for Apartments:
If the apartment is left free of trash and tidied up, no final cleaning fee will be charged.

Breakfast Hours

From 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the bar in Villa Melisse.
For stays in apartments, breakfast is available for an additional fee.

Access to the SPA Area:

Guests staying at Villa Melisse B&B have free access to the wellness area and discounts on beauty services, depending on the season, at the Serenitè beauty center. For external guests, access to the wellness area is €30 per person (one-time fee). Reservation is required. In summer, access to the wellness area is available on request.

Pet-Friendly Stays:

We accept bookings for stays with dogs, upon request and at an additional cost.

Useful Information:

• Please kindly take care of covering the couch and bed, bringing necessary items for your pet.
• The elevator must be used with your dog to access the floors leading to the accommodations.
• Pets cannot be left unattended.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking becomes binding once a deposit of €200 per apartment/room is paid within 48 hours of the booking confirmation.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Paid Services:

• Bathrobe rental for the duration of the stay €15.00
• Treatments at the Serenitè wellness center
• Covered garage €15.00 per day
• Wellness services on request and at an additional charge. During the summer season, it is available upon request.
